Designer and low-profile designer Jill Lowes will be a regular guest at this year’s Design Conference.
The 31-year-old from New Jersey is best known for her work with a range of high-end brands, including the iconic New York City restaurant, La Creme and her own namesake brand, La Mer.
She’s also the owner of a design studio, The Design Lab, which has a reputation for making the cut with major fashion houses including Prada and Tommy Hilfiger.
In her own words: “Lowes has a natural talent for creating elegant and inspiring work that is both fun and functional, with a focus on style and materials.”
Her new book, The Color Wheel: Designing Everyday Home Goods with Colors, is out now from HarperCollins.
And while she’s been a featured guest at Design Conferences since 2013, this is her first solo appearance at a major fashion event.
The conference, which runs from July 17 to 21, is held in New York and Los Angeles.
